This website is the exclusive property of “Elbé Editions,” including all associated rights. Any reproduction, partial or complete, requires prior authorization from the owner. However, no specific permission is needed to create hyperlinks to the website.

It is important to note that Elbé Editions may modify or remove sections of the website at any time without incurring liability towards customers for these changes. Elbé Editions also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in the future, without the obligation to inform customers directly. Placing an order after such changes will constitute acceptance of them.

The contract between the customer and Elbé Editions will be formed once the order is processed and shipped. By placing an order on the site, the customer guarantees: : – that they are of legal age and legally capable of entering into a contract. – that the information provided during registration is correct and complete. – that they are not using a fictitious name or someone else’s name, whether individual or corporate, without prior authorization.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing the order and expressly declares acceptance without reservation. Therefore, the customer acknowledges having read the terms and conditions before proceeding with the order. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between “Elbé Editions” and its customer, with both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions will prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, except in the case of prior, express, and written agreement.

2. Products

The illustrations of the products presented are not contractual. In the event of errors or defects, “Elbé Editions” cannot be held liable.

3. Orders

The customer’s validation of the order constitutes proof of acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. “Elbé Editions” confirms receipt of the order at the email address provided by the customer. The sale is considered concluded only after confirmation of the order. “Elbé Editions” reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with an existing payment dispute on a previous order. The information provided by the buyer during the order serves as the basis for processing: any error in the delivery details releases “Elbé Editions” from any liability in the event of delivery to an incorrect address.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address specified during the order as the “delivery address” (which may differ from the billing address) and are expected within a maximum of ten (10) working days for deliveries in Paris or the Paris region. For deliveries within metropolitan France or internationally, the timeframe is that indicated on the delivery method validation page. Delivery fees are also specified on this page.

Delivery times are provided as an estimate. If delivery has not occurred within thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled, and the buyer reimbursed. “Elbé Editions” can provide the package tracking number by email upon simple request at contact@elbe-editions.com. The goods are shipped at the recipient’s risk. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the products under the established conditions.

To ensure these deadlines are met, the Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (including: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). In the event of an order for a temporarily out-of-stock product, the deadlines will be extended depending on the restocking time communicated.

In the case of non-delivery within the specified timeframe, and as long as delivery has not taken place, the User may cancel the order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by other written means addressed to Elbé Editions. The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt by Elbé Editions of this notice of termination. Elbé Editions cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery caused solely by the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.
